HireSpark operates on a monthly subscription model designed to provide flexibility and transparency. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

This policy outlines our cancellation procedures, billing cycles, and refund terms to ensure you have a clear understanding of how subscription management works on our platform.

2. Subscription Model

Monthly Billing Cycles

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you initially subscribed
  • Billing occurs automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date
  • You receive an email notification 3 days before each billing cycle

Plan Changes

  • Upgrade to a higher plan takes effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrade to a lower plan takes effect at your next billing cycle
  • No penalties or fees for changing plans

4. Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

HireSpark operates on a monthly subscription model with no refunds for partially used billing periods. This policy is similar to other subscription services like Spotify, Netflix, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

When you cancel your subscription, you continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, ensuring you receive the full value of your payment.

Why No Refunds?

  • • Operational costs are incurred immediately upon service usage

Exceptions

  • • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
  • • Service outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours
  • • Billing errors on our part

5. Account Access After Cancellation

During Active Period

After canceling, you retain full access to all premium features until your subscription expires:

  • Continue using all AI-powered tools and features
  • Access to your saved resumes, cover letters, and profiles
  • Export and download your data and documents

After Subscription Expires

Once your subscription ends, your account transitions to our free tier:

  • Access to basic features as per our Foundation plan
  • Your data and documents remain safely stored
  • Option to reactivate your subscription at any time
